Patel acknowledges Nvidia’s pioneering role, noting the company has “set the tempo” for AI innovation. While recognizing short-term market “hype” and “overestimation,” he believes the long-term AI impact is “grossly underestimated” by many. Breaking down the AI ecosystem, Patel identifies three critical components: compute infrastructure, AI models and algorithms, and data.
